Asotin County Superior Court Judge Scott Gallina has pleaded not guilty to charges of 2nd degree rape, 4th degree assault with sexual motivation and indecent liberties.
The 55 year-old Gallina appeared before Judge Michael Price Monday morning at the Spokane County Courthouse. The pretrial hearing is set for 8:30 a.m. August 23rd in Spokane.
Judge Price says the venue for the trial, tentatively scheduled for September 30th, is still set for Asotin County at this time. (Lewiston Tribune)
