A Lewiston woman was killed Monday night in a single-vehicle accident along Tammany Creek Road near the intersection with 6th Street.
According to the Idaho State Police, 55-year-old Teresa Morgan was at the wheel of a 2001 Honda Civic traveling eastbound on Tammany Creek Road south of Lewiston sometime between 10pm and 11pm when the vehicle left the southside of the roadway, went airborne and came to rest on its top in a creek, partially submerged.
Morgan was wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. (Idaho State Police)
