Both LC teams remain ranked among NAIA Top-25

Both Lewis-Clark State basketball teams remain ranked inside the NAIA Top-25 National Poll. 

The 16-5 Warrior women moved up one spot to #17 after splitting their two road games last week. The women are one of five Frontier Conference teams in the poll. Montana Western and Carroll held steady at #3 and #8 respectively, while Rocky Mountain fell four spots to #21 and Providence slid two spots to #22. 

Meanwhile, the 16-5 LC men dropped two places to #18 after falling in both road games last week. The Warrior men are one of four conference teams in the rankings. Carroll moved up two spots to #2. Rocky Mountain moved into the poll at #22, while Providence dropped three to #25. 

Both LC teams return home this week for Frontier Conference games Thursday night with Montana Tech and Saturday afternoon against Montana Western at the Activity Center. Thursday’s games begin at 5:30pm and Saturday’s contests begin at 2pm with live coverage on AM 950 KOZE and online at koze.com.
