Lewis-Clark State’s senior Jossilyn Blackman has been named the Frontier Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week.
The Brush Prairie, Washington native dropped a career-high 21 points in last Thursday’s win over Whitman College. She led the team in scoring and rebounds, ending the night one board shy of a double-double.
The Warriors return to the court on Friday to begin a two-game set with the University of the Virgin Islands. Friday’s tipoff is slated for 6 p.m. in the Activity Center with live coverage on AM 950 KOZE and online at koze.com.
