The Lewiston School District’s Kindergarten Registration takes place in March.
Parents of children turning 5 years of age on or before September 1st can register their kids on Tuesday March 20th from 7 AM to 2:30 PM at McGhee Elementary School on Warner Avenue, and Wednesday March 21st from 2:30 PM to 7 PM at Whitman Elementary School on 9th Avenue.
The child’s presence is not required for kindergarten registration.
Parents will be required to show the original birth certificate from the child’s birth state, and current immunization records, before their child can be officially registered. Proof of residency is also required such as an Avista statement, rental/lease agreement, or home purchase agreement.
