Coin flips have decided two tied elections in Idaho.
On Tuesday, Barbara Lowe won a coin toss and a seat on the White Bird City Council in west-central Idaho. Lowe and Paul Sand each received 26 votes in the November 6th election.
Then on Wednesday, Glen Loveland won a coin toss and a seat on the Heyburn City Council in south-central Idaho. Earlier this month he tied incumbent councilman Dick Galbraith with 112 votes.
