The two suspects in a Latah County homicide have been taken into custody near Curlew, Washington just south of the Canadian border.

Arrest warrants were issued for 17-year-old Keagan Tennant and 18-year-old Matthew McKetta who are believed to be responsible for the death of 18-year-old Tim Reeves, a Pullman High School student whose body was found near Troy in a rural area off State Highway 8 Wednesday.

It was determined Reeves had died from a gunshot wound, possibly sometime Monday.

Tennant, the son of a Pullman Police commander, is being charged as an adult and faces several felonies, including attempted first-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter, while McKetta is wanted on counts of failing to notify authorities of a death, and conspiracy to hide and/or destroy evidence.   (KREM-TV)
